Job Summary:
This role is centered on developing and managing solutions within Oracle Analytics Cloud to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization. The Oracle Analytics Cloud Developer will be responsible for designing cloud-based analytics models, reports, and dashboards, optimizing cloud data management, and ensuring seamless integration of analytics solutions with other cloud and on-premises applications. Key skills include proficiency in cloud data technologies, SQL, and a thorough understanding of Oracle Analytics Cloud capabilities. With a minimum requirement of 5 years of experience in cloud analytics development, the successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in cloud architecture, data security, and performance optimization. The role calls for a proactive individual committed to ongoing learning and adaptation of new cloud analytics technologies and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable Oracle Analytics Cloud solutions, including data models, reports, and dashboards tailored to meet business needs.
- Data Management and Integration: Manage cloud data repositories, ensuring data quality and integrity. Integrate Oracle Analytics Cloud solutions with various data sources, including cloud-based and on-premises applications, to create cohesive analytics platforms.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of analytics solutions deployed on Oracle Analytics Cloud, ensuring fast and reliable access to insights for users.
- Security and Compliance: Implement robust data security measures and comply with data governance and privacy regulations within the Oracle Analytics Cloud environment.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with business analysts, data scientists, and IT teams to understand requirements and provide analytics support. Train end-users on new reports and dashboards to ensure effective adoption.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Analytics Cloud features, updates, and best practices. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the analytics capabilities of the organization.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for Oracle Analytics Cloud applications, including troubleshooting issues, performing updates, and ensuring the reliability of analytics platforms.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Analytics Cloud development.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Analytics cloud architecture and development best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database technologies.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and BI reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
