Global Partners is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise-Wide Transformation Program Manager to lead significant transformational initiatives across our organization. The successful candidate will be an expert in project management with significant experience in managing large, cross-functional, enterprise-wide projects. This role demands a strong, emotionally intelligent leader who can drive change, align stakeholders, and deliver strategic objectives through disciplined project and program management practices. “Gauges” of Responsibility –
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of complex, enterprise-wide transformation project(s) with multiple workstreams from initiation through to completion.
- Partnering with our outside Consultant and Executive and Senior Leaders, define and document project/workstream objectives, scope, benefits, and deliverables in alignment with enterprise strategy and business needs.
- Build and maintain comprehensive project plans, including detailed critical path work stream and program wide dependencies, budget forecasting, risk management mitigation and contingency planning.
- Develop and maintain the overall project strategy documentation including roadmaps, timelines and critical path milestones.
- Coordinate and oversee cross-functional workstream teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, team members, and external partners.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and manage regular program status meetings and provide clear and concise updates to stakeholders, including project health, status updates, timeline, financial impacts, action items, and key decisions.
- Identify potential risks and issues early, managing them as they arise by developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project objectives.
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor progress against project plans
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, dashboards, and project health and status presentations to Executives, Senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Participate in the development and implementation of comprehensive change management and communication plans to support the project objectives.
- Act as a change champion within the organization, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 8 years of expert level proficiency in both program and project management and proven experience in delivering results through diverse project teams.
- Proven track record of successfully leading multi-faceted complex programs and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and evolving environment.
- Experience in leading transformation programs or similar initiatives is a significant advantage.
- Excellent business acumen and outstanding ability to translate complex initiatives and objectives into actionable plans that achieve desired outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering value and achieving business objectives.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
