Sushi Chef/ Asian Cuisine Expert

Currently, we are seeking an experienced Sushi Chef versed in Japanese and Asian cuisine to join our Team at Roka Hula in our new location in Delray Beach. The ideal candidate for this position will be passionate about great food and possess a winning attitude with advanced knife skills.
The ideal Sushi Chef candidate will have:
- 3 or more years of experience in an upscale sushi restaurant
- Expert level knife skills
- Knowledge of fish butchery
- Desire to learn and contribute to the Team environment.
- Standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Willingness to create great guest experiences.
Roka Hula is Pan-Asian concept built around great Guest experiences.
