Adecco has partnered with a Residential Multi-Family Apartment Real Estate Client to hire a Full-time/ Direct Hire Multi- Site Property Manager in Los Angeles, CA 90066.
As a Multi-Site Property Manager for this position you’ll be covering 4 Properties. Will be supervising 5-10 people including the maintenance team.
**Salary $80K to $90K + Occupancy Bonus + Annual Bonus
- 401k, medical, health, dental, vision (company pays for a portion)
- 8:30-5pm with 1 hour lunch
- Responsible for 4 properties (10 min drive) total 485 Units- Mileage reimbursement
- Will be managing 5-10 people including Maintenance team
- Reports to Regional Property Manager
- Must be available to work 1 day out of the weekend until occupancy level reaches 97% (2 properties currently at 94% occupancy level; the other 2 properties are at 100% & 97% occupancy level)
