主要职责:
- 市场调研与分析:技术发展趋势、市场需求、用户需求、竞对竞品分析等,为产品定位和营销策略提供数据支持。
跟踪国内外相关政策法规的变化,确保产品符合目标市场的准入要求。
- 产品定义:产品指标、优先级功能、市场定位、市场策略等定义,确保产品在各阶段符合客户及市场需求。
- 产品管理:负责产品的规划、开发、发布、优化等整个生命周期的管理,涵盖不仅限于产品核心定位、宣传策略制定、预算建议、客户跟踪等。
- 客户关系维护:定期进行客户跟踪,收集客户反馈,并就客户提出的产品使用问题提供有效解决方案。
- 团队协作:与销售、市场、研发、项目等团队密切合作,为团队提供产品性能、技术参数、操作使用等技术支持。
培训及技术指导:定期组织公司线上/线下产品知识、技能培训;为客户提供现场安装、调试及操作指导,确保设备正常运行。
任职要求:
- 教育背景:硕士以上学历,物理、工程、计算机、医学影像等相关专业,双一流及QS前100院校毕业者优先。
- 工作经验:4年以上产品、技术或研发岗位工作经验,具备外资企业或海外工作经验者优先。
- 专业技能:
- 具备医疗影像相关产品全生命周期/全流程管理经验。
- 熟悉影像产品的原理、结构、性能及使用方法。
- 具备良好的市场调研和分析能力,能够准确把握市场趋势和客户需求。
- 了解国际行业标准和法规,具备医疗器械注册和认证知识。
- 英语听说读写熟练。
- 擅于学习掌握新知识、技能,具备较强的自驱力。

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on technology trends, market demands, user needs, and competitor products to provide data-driven support for product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Compliance Monitoring: Track domestic and international policies and regulations to ensure product compliance with target market requirements.
- Product Definition: Define product specifications, prioritize key features, and establish market positioning and strategies to align with customer and market demands at every stage.
- Product Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and continuous optimization. This includes core positioning, promotional strategy, budget recommendations, and customer engagement.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with customers, gather feedback, and provide effective solutions for any product-related issues they raise.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, R&D, and project teams, offering technical support on product performance, specifications, and usage guidelines.
- Training & Technical Support: Organize and deliver regular online/offline training on product knowledge and skills. Provide on-site guidance for installation, commissioning, and operations to ensure smooth equipment functionality.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree or higher in Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Medical Imaging, or a related field. Graduates from top-tier universities are preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years’ experience in product management, technical, or R&D roles. Experience in multinational companies or international settings is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proven experience in managing the full lifecycle of medical imaging products.
- In-depth knowledge of the principles, structure, and operation of imaging products.
- Strong skills in market research and analysis, with the ability to accurately identify market trends and customer needs.
- Familiarity with international industry standards and regulations, including expertise in medical device registration and certification.
- Excellent command of English in both written and spoken forms.
- Fast learner with a strong sense of initiative and drive.
- Integrity, reliability, and a strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to adapt quickly to multicultural environments.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
