We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Business Planning and Forecasting Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business insights, optimize performance, and support decision-making. You will lead business planning, forecasting, and digital marketing efforts for our NA Direct business, which is responsible for $500M+ in revenue. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence business growth and partner with our new marketing agency to shape key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards for attribution analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly KPI forecasts in collaboration with Finance
- Manage monthly/quarterly performance marketing channel allocation
- Provide monthly digital traffic forecasts for daily sales and downstream reporting
- Develop quarterly stores budgeting (Store x Month) forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners through R&R meetings
- Conduct ad hoc marketing channel, traffic, and KPI analyses
What We're Looking For:
- Strong analytical skills to interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets from internal and external sources
- Proven experience in business planning, forecasting, and digital marketing
- Expertise in constructing forecasts, recommendations, and tactical/strategic plans based on business data and market knowledge
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate insights effectively to leadership
- Experience working with Finance, Planning, and Performance Marketing teams is a plus
- Knowledge of KPIs and experience working on performance attribution is highly desirable
