Sr. Engineering Manager

### Key Responsibilities
- - Lead and manage a team of senior engineers, enabling them to perform at their best.
- - Contribute to engineering decisions that advance our Workflow Engine solution, working hands-on alongside the engineering team.
- - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and customer support, to align on product vision and deliverables.
- - Drive architectural decisions and lead the implementation of scalable, robust, and efficient systems.
- - Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
### Experience & Qualifications
- - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- - Minimum of 7 years of engineering experience across at least two companies.
- - At least 3 years as an engineering manager, managing teams of over 4 members.
- - Proven experience with Conversational AI or workflow automation frameworks.
- - Proficiency with Kubernetes and microservices infrastructure.
- - Experience with AWS services, particularly EKS.
- - Working knowledge of Java and NodeJS.
- - Familiarity with software development and SDLC best practices.
- - Knowledge of QA best practices, specifically for integration testing and load testing.
