A large scale GC is looking for a high level construction manager to join their company as a Senior PM, run a project/learn their process then move up into the Project Executive role. Where they will manage projects teams from an eagle's eye view and have major decision making power.

Qualifications
- Ability to manage projects up to $50MM
- Experience with ground up construction
- Cost Management knowledge and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Budgeting skills and experience
- 10+ years of experience in commercial construction
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
- Ability to read and understand complex construction plans and specifications
