Overview: We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our small team in a fast-paced Office 365 environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and routing 30-35 support tickets daily, providing essential support for 1700 end users, and triaging various user issues related to Active Directory, logins, printers, and other hardware devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess 30-35 support tickets daily.
- Route tickets for Infrastructure Support and delegate tasks to Help Desk Specialists as needed.
- Triage user issues, providing timely resolutions or escalating them appropriately.
- Support users with Active Directory logins, printer issues, and general hardware concerns.
- Utilize BMC Remedyforce as the primary ticketing system.
- Collaborate effectively with a small team to ensure optimal user support.
- Maintain a focus on self-identifying and reviewing tickets to determine the best course of action.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar support role.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 and Active Directory.
- Experience with ticketing systems, preferably BMC Remedyforce.
- Ability to troubleshoot printer and hardware issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work on-site in the Chicago office 5 days a week.
