Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking an experienced project administrator for a part time opportunity with a global organization. We are seeking a well-organized and creative individual to contribute to our clients innovation work. The tasks associated with the role are dynamic, but the overall responsibility is supporting the Global Innovation Leader in executing the plans associated with the innovation strategy to ensure the workforce is willing, able and focused to innovate.
*Hybrid role- 1 day required in office in Atlanta, GA
*Pay range $32-$40 BOE
*Looking to start immediately
*Part time opportunity offering between 20-24 hours a week
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be expected to support the Global Innovation Leader in executing strategic plans. Core responsibilities are generally the following:
- Create and disseminate communications that inspire, inform and recognize innovation-related content to employees.
- Create, deploy and monitor content that educates and engages our employees in innovation-related learning and activities.
- Research, capture, organize, summarize, report and file innovation-related information.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to gather and disseminate information.
- Create and manage project plans.
- Co-facilitate and prepare for innovation workshops and training.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Seeking a self-starter that is proactive, takes responsibility for accomplishing tasks and provides follow-up in a timely manner. The person should be collaborative, approachable and positive.
- Strong communication and creative skills are required.
- Ability to write documents, create presentations, generate online video content and arrange web content for internal educational and marketing purposes. Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite and Video Software (e.g., iSpring Suite) to accomplish these tasks. The content should be clear, concise and visually appealing.
- Ability to organize and facilitate meetings and training.
- Good organizational skills required. Ability to organize work, documents and web content on Microsoft TEAMS and SharePoint sites.
- Good project management skills desired, such as ability to use project management software. Familiarity with product development and stage-gates is helpful.
- Basic spreadsheet skills are required, such as using Microsoft Excel. Knowledge in the use of SharePoint Lists and PowerBI are desired, but not required.
