About the Job
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll collaborate with leadership to source, attract, and hire top talent. You’ll own the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while contributing to our employer branding initiatives and fostering strong candidate relationships.
What You’ll Do
· Source candidates through online platforms and professional networks.
· Implement recruitment strategies to find, interview, and recommend top candidates.
· Attend and represent MedPro at job fairs and recruitment events.
· Screen candidates, review resumes, and conduct virtual interviews.
· Plan and manage the interview process, including assessments and in-person interviews.
· Lead onboarding for new hires and ensure a smooth transition.
· Build long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
· Perform reference checks and support employer branding initiatives.
· Perform other duties as required.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
· Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate talent acquisition/full-cycle recruitment.
· Proficiency in HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
· Skilled in sourcing through job boards and social media.
· Experience with onboarding new hires.
· Clear understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
· Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Compensation
· $60,000 - $75,000 plus incentive.
· Weekly Pay.
