Job Purpose: Develop recruiting strategies in support of company staffing objectives. Execute recruiting strategies to deliver suitable job candidates for assigned positions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Confer with management to design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
- Review and recommend updates to job descriptions and job specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting tools/methods to screen candidates.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers.
- Brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews.
- Verify reference, conduct background check, facilitate drug screen and pre-employment testing.
- Act as a point of contact and management all communication with associate.
- Extend offers of employment within company procedures.
- Manage the job offer including negotiation and administration.
- On-board new associates.
- Maintain accurate and current applicant data base.
Minimum Requirements:
- High Volume Recruiting experience. (Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred)
- Experience with full cycle recruiting.
- Experience in managing applicant data bases.
- Experience of applicant tracking systems plus.
- Experience in candidate sourcing.
- Unbiased judgement.
- Excellent communication skills, Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong commitment to customer Service.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail, meets deadlines, and work with difficult task assignments.
- Good communication skills with co-workers and client .
