Must be 16 years of age or older.

Able to complete assignments with minimal supervision.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Able to handle all situations in a professional and timely manner.

Must be punctual, reliable, able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
-
Snow and ice removal with the use of plows, blowers and spreaders for driveways, walkways, decks, steps, and additional assigned areas, which may require early hours and/or extended hours.

Filling salt, sand and deicer in storage or designated piles.
-
Sweep and mop floors.
-
Vacuum rugs and carpets.
-
Dust and polish furniture.
-
Respond to and clean any spills or overflows.
-
Empty, clean and line waste receptacles; dispose of trash and/or recycle materials; pick up trash on ground areas.

Wash doors, windows, walls, and ceilings.
-
Clean and disinfect restrooms including floors, walls, fixtures, and mirrors; restock supplies as needed
-
Move furniture and equipment
-
Reports the need for maintenance and repairs to the facility manager and assist others in making repairs as needed.

Cleans debris from facility grounds including parking lots.
-
Close windows, turn lights on and off, lock and unlock doors and secure the buildings.
-
Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements/Working Environment:

Frequent sitting, standing, and walking for long periods of time.
-
Will be required to climb stairs, walk up and down inclines and uneven terrain.

Ability to work effectively in extreme cold weather conditions and in other inclement weather conditions.

Must be able to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
