We at Coforge are hiring Senior Contact Center Engineer with the following skillset:
- We need strong person who have worked in Contact Center space (and not in enterprise telephony) and with GOOD experience in NICE InContact.
- Worked with business
- Worked in configuring/changing/building IVR Flows
- Worked in some self-service enablement for IVR Flows
- Worked in full function understanding and building Skill base routing
- Worked on building reports / changing reports
- Experience on non-voice channel will be great advantage
- Experience on WFM products, Quality Management solutions, Sentiment analysis etc would be great advantage
- Experience with API integration to downstream system would be great experience
