Brief Overview:
Forsyth Barnes are partnered with a professional sports team in their search for a Guest Services Manager! An amazing opportunity to play a huge part in the growth and development of this exciting property.
The Guest Services Manager will be responsible for various responsibilities ranging from overseeing the part-time game day staff, stadium tours, and ensuring that the team provides the best-in-class guest experience. The Guest Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing 80-100 gameday staff, tasked with creating lead positions who will act as this person’s right hand. Longer term, the Guest Services Manager will have the opportunity to build a larger team out.
The Guest Services Manager will facilitate a strong relationship with Human Resources to ensure the Guest Services team can recruit, interview, select and train all front-of-house staff according to established guidelines. In addition, you will work closely with the Director of Security and Director of Operations to help create and oversee best Guest Service policies and practices for the stadium.
It's crucial that this individual is a good people person, as this role is in the centre of fan experience / services!
Required Skills/Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience managing guest services and experiences
- Experience working in the sports or entertainment (or similar) industry is essential
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is essential
- Able to attend home games regularly during the season
