Hybrid - 3 days onsite in Lexington, MA 02420.
The IT Administrator is responsible for:
· Support Windows and Apple based Operating Systems
· Supplement helpdesk services by providing direct support to users, as needed for business applications
· Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate support teams for resolution
· Create and update technical documentation
· Remediate issues identified in monitoring alerts
· Perform failure analysis and determine corrective action plans
· Support on-premise virtualization environment
· Provide cloud infrastructure support
· Manage and maintain peripheral equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) in our office locations
· Collaborate with IT Leadership and others to research, analyze, and determine standards for hardware, software, and security solutions
· Work with Information Security to monitor and ensure compliance with security policies and practices
· Specify, order, stage, and coordinate the configuration of employee computing equipment
· Manage IT support vendor relationships and service levels
· Oversee inventory management of software and hardware components
· Other duties as assigned
