🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Site Oversight: Manage daily construction activities to align with project timelines and objectives.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and compliance standards rigorously across the site.
- Project Communication: Regularly update project managers, the Senior Superintendent, and clients on milestones and key developments.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Oversee subcontractors, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to project requirements.
🎓 Qualifications:
- Experience: 7-10 years in construction supervision, with a strong foundation in project management and communication.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient with site work, including underground utilities, ground-up builds, tilt-up methods, and concrete processes.
- Construction Documentation: Skilled in interpreting construction documents, and familiar with software like ProCore and email tools.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Well-versed in construction standards and proactive in addressing scope adjustments.
