Location: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote in San Antonio, TX
Compensation: $65-75/hr.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Technology (OT) Network Engineer to join our team and play a key role in our Bolt project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data center networking, routing, and switching, as well as a strong background in Operational Technology (OT) and SCADA systems.
Project Bolt: This initiative aims to provide standardized network communications and infrastructure designed for our critical operational assets. Project Bolt will implement comprehensive network segmentation and documentation. The project focuses on deploying dependable and high bandwidth connectivity to create a secure, scalable, compliant, and adaptable OT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure large network configurations at the enterprise level, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
- Implement and maintain F5 load balancers and Cisco ASA NextGen firewalls.
- Serve as the senior network engineer for the Bolt project, providing technical leadership and expertise to junior network engineers on the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to ensure the continuous operation of the Bolt system.
- Leverage experience with OT, SCADA systems, and network segmentation to support project requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in data center networking, routing, and switching.
- Hands-on experience managing and configuring enterprise-level network infrastructure.
- Proficiency with F5 load balancers, Cisco ASA NextGen firewalls, and network segmentation.
- Strong background in Operational Technology (OT) and SCADA systems.
- Minimum of CCNP-level certification or equivalent experience.
- Several years of relevant work experience in network engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
