We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to lead the execution of our engineering projects and support key business initiatives.
Job Overview:
As Project Manager, you will play a key role in guiding the successful execution of engineering projects, working closely with teams to define project scope, budgets, and schedules. You will ensure projects are managed effectively, delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. In this role, you will foster strong relationships with clients and provide regular updates on progress and ensuring expectations are aligned, while collaborating with internal teams to anticipate and mitigate challenges, ensuring smooth project execution.
In addition to managing project delivery, you will contribute to the company's growth by assisting with the preparation of proposals and supporting business development, marketing, and recruitment efforts. Your involvement will be crucial in identifying new opportunities and contributing to the overall strategic direction of Hive Power Engineering LLC.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience managing engineering projects, preferably in the power transmission and distribution sector. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential, along with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience and knowledge of substation design is highly preferred. A background in business development or marketing is a plus, and PMP certification is desirable but not required.
