Job Description:
We are seeking a System Hardware Engineer with 12+ years of relevent experience. This pivotal role involves leading teams and projects, developing high-quality high speed embedded products,
and engaging in the complete hardware development lifecycle. You'll be instrumental in driving innovation in high speed and complex design solutions,
while also managing client relationships through regular project reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead multiple teams and projects in hardware development & system testing.
Architect and design embedded products, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Oversee the full hardware development cycle, including validation and regulatory compliance.
Develop high speed electronic products, employing novel approaches to complex problems.
Engage in high-level requirement analysis discussions.
Engage in in-depth DVT/Characterization testing of the high speed products.
Manage client relationships through regular project review calls.
Technical Experience Required:
Proven experience across all stages of Hardware Product Development Lifecycle.
Familiarity with processors/FPGAs from Intel, AMD, Xillinx etc.
Expertise in high-speed board design, multi-layer board design, and signal integrity.
Proficiency in high-speed designs, analog and mixed-signal design.
Knowledge of interfaces like PCIe, Ethernet is advantageous.
Experience in EMI/EMC compliance.
Proficiency in tools like ORCAD, ALLEGRO etc.
Competency in using lab instruments like high end oscilloscopes, function generators, logic analyzers and VNAs.
