The staffing coordinator will be responsible for recruiting and placing legal professionals in temporary and permanent positions for clients that we service throughout the Carolinas.

Qualifications for Staffing Coordinator:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent work experience Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and hiring managers
- High leveled attention to detail
- Ability to work with a large volume database
- Ability to work in a self-guided work environment and remain accountable for their work production
- Ability to recognize and maintain confidential information
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
- Strong emotional intelligence (EQ)
- Experience in the legal field is highly preferred
- Sales experience is a must
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Recruiting or Staffing experience preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role preferred
Responsibilities/Duties for Staffing Coordinator:
- Collaborate with clients to understand the specific needs for each legal role and develop recruitment strategy by conducting new client inquiries
- Conduct candidate assessments for all incoming resumes for positions posted
- Conduct In-depth interviews with candidates to determine the right fit for each position by either phone screen or virtual screen
- Perform confidential background checks, reference checks and employment verifications
- Enter candidate information into the ATS and make notes to existing candidate files
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with both candidates and clients
- Extend employment offers, negotiate compensation and benefits packages for each placement
- Maintain current client and candidate relationships to ensure successful placements and encourage future placements
- Assist with the maintenance of the company’s website
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, candidate status and placement progress
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Track all incoming resumes, placements, position changes, client communication, etc.
