LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Family Law Paralegal for our client in Vancouver, WA. This full-time direct hire position offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days in office and 2 days remote. This role works within a fun team that supports one another!
The Family Law Paralegal will be responsible for supporting attorneys with high asset/high conflict family law cases, including preparing legal documentation, interviewing clients and witnesses, performing legal research, and managing case files. This role would be a great fit for an applicant with Washington state family law experience and exceptional organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare legal documentation and process transactions for assigned attorneys
- Draft legal pleadings, discovery summaries, and responses
- Perform client and witness interviews
- Compile and summarize information from legal research
- Perform investigations to respond to litigation discoveries and inquiries
- Prepare trial binders, trial exhibits, and instructions
- Attend trials
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience supporting attorneys with high conflict and high asset family law cases
- Washington state and family law experience required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment
- Excellent attention to detail

Salary: $72,000 - $92,000
