The DDC Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and finalizing projects according to specifications and schedules while ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing quality control throughout the project lifecycle and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Establishing goals and objectives for the team and managing performance accordingly.
- Managing field staff and subcontractors, effectively minimizing project risks to ensure successful completion.
Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in DDC Project Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with office equipment.
- Strong knowledge of building construction trades.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with budgeting and cost tracking.
- Proficient in conducting project meetings and collaborating with subcontractors.
- Strong comprehension of construction project plans and specifications.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular hours or on weekends as needed.
- Self-motivated and able to multitask.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Knowledge of Distech, Siemens, Trend, or other Tridium-based systems is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs for loading, unloading, and storing materials and equipment. The role also involves physical activities such as bending, climbing, pulling, pushing, balancing, kneeling, twisting, standing, and climbing stairs and ladders.
