Key Responsibilities:
Scout and Recruit: Identify, engage, and recruit top talent in the education field, focusing on special education professionals.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our recruitment team to strategize and execute recruitment plans.
Competitive Drive: Use your competitive nature to achieve and exceed recruitment targets.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth placement process.
Adaptability: Quickly adapt to changing needs and environments, just as you would in a game.
