Investment Client Services Manager

Reporting to the Chief Relationship Officer, this role will help nurture, support and strengthen investment client services and relationships. With particular attention to promoting impact, the Investment Client Services Manager will work diligently and proactively to provide excellent customer service, particularly for investment clients. Working with the Investment Portfolio Specialist, this role will also support the opening, processing, renewing and maintenance of investment accounts.
Investment Client Services Manager Responsibilities
- Maintain investor relationships, with the objective of not only retaining clients but growing relationships, taking initiative to strengthen the client base.
- Proactively support the Chief Relationship Officer with client information, production of monthly and annual reports, and other communications
- Learn the model and functioning of the company, what we do and why it matters, including an understanding of the loan process and impact measures in order to better facilitate investment sales opportunities
- Support investors with answers to inquiries about their accounts, interpret statements for investors, proactively monitor term note maturities for investor notification, communicate investment impacts, and utilize Salesforce for CRM
- Work with operating system partners to design and implement more efficient, secure, and cost-effective procedures for handling and reporting of investment transactions including the utilization of AMI Member Net and auto-post features within the operating system.
- Support as needed Investment Portfolio Specialist in conducting daily activities including but not limited to the opening and renewing of investment accounts, the mailing of demand/term notes and cash receipts to investors, approve and process withdrawals and closeouts from investment accounts as well as maintaining investor files on SharePoint.
Investment Client Services Manager Requirements
- A college degree in a related field or equivalent experience, or a combination of academic study and experience.
- Excellent customer service skills; the ideal candidate will genuinely enjoy client interactions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Series 63 Certification or ability to obtain within one year in the position
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 software programs
- Ability and willingness to work in a diverse and inclusive ministry environment
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
