Marketing Activations Coordinator Job Summary:
Sparks Group and a well-known company in Washington, DC have partnered to find a Marketing Activations Coordinator for a long-term contract. This will be a hybrid role requiring you to be in-office three days per week.
Marketing Activations Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement on-ground and digital marketing activations, ensuring each aligns with the brand’s objectives and strategies.
- Organize, manage, and support marketing events, including product launches, trade shows, and pop-up events, from concept to execution.
- Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure necessary materials, services, and venues for marketing activations.
- Assist in developing and executing promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Track activation expenses and ensure all projects are completed within budget.
- Gather feedback and measure the effectiveness of marketing activations, preparing detailed reports on outcomes and suggesting areas for improvement.
Marketing Activations Coordinator Qualifications:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience of progressively responsible experience in marketing and communications project management, preferable in a large service organization setting.
- Experience in managing, coordinating and overseeing large scale events.
- Engaging with the public and coordinating details internally and externally.
