Door Systems is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. in Naperville, IL . This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
Responsibilities
Developing positive customer relations by providing courteous, efficient and proactive customer service.
· Answering inbound calls and creates service tickets, ensuring orders are accurate and complete
· Working closely with the supervisors and dispatch
· Providing admin support to a service supervisor
Qualifications
· Outstanding communication skills and courteous telephone manner
· Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· High level of attention to detail
· Excellent attendance record
· Must be able to communicate in the English language; verbally and in writing
Computer Skills
· Must be familiar with and MS Office applications, i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Education and/or Experience
· Minimum of high school education
· Minimum of 1 years Customer Service experience preferred
