Architectural Project Coordinator
100% Onsite - West Chester, OH
Salary: $50,000-$75,000 yearly with Benefits

- 2-4 years of project coordination experience from the Architecture industry/background.
- NOT looking for anyone from construction/site-design/planning/surveying space.
- Strong multitaskers, able to wear multiple hats.
- AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit - bonus.
- Open to relocation candidates but our client won't assist with relocation
- We are seeking an Architectural Project Coordinator who will serve in the role of preparing architectural documents for multi-family affordable housing projects at our West Chester, Ohio office.
- The ideal candidate is a person with drive, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- We’re looking for that right person to join the Design Team and help play a major role in our rapid growth.
- Background check, Motor Vehicle Report and drug testing are required for employment.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelors of Architecture degree
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience.
- Experience utilizing AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit experience is a bonus but not required.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Pay Range: $50,000-$75,000 per year with Benefits
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
