The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturing client in the greater Lebanon IN area to find an experienced Production Manager for their team!
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Oversees production lines to make sure products meet all specifications and numbers / targets are meeting objectives
- Directly manage production supervisors, off shift managers, and all hourly associates
- Maintains a safe work environment for all employees
- Partners with all production, warehouse, quality, maintenance, and engineering on plant initiatives, production concerns, equipment upgrades/installations, and overall plant culture
- Participates in continuous improvement projects and initiatives
- Partner with Human Resources on employee relations and performance matters
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 3+ years of manufacturing management experience
- Experience in food, packaging, pharma, and plastics manufacturing preferred
