WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and coordinate initiatives to achieve a target of 1500 NNUs within a span of 3 years, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Facilitate the entry of the organization into international markets by coordinating strategic planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop and implement robust planning and governance frameworks to streamline project execution and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
- Drive the development and adoption of best practices across the global PMO, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
- Optimize resource allocation by assessing needs and capabilities, ensuring that resources are deployed effectively to support project objectives.
- Provide financial oversight for development projects, including budget management, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and initiatives, establishing benchmarks for success and monitoring progress towards targets.
- Foster collaboration and engagement across cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and collective problem-solving to drive project success.
- Create and propose business case, including schedule and major milestones, for approval and execution of projects, identifying key opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Establish and lead cross-functional teams comprised of key stakeholders to ensure successful project development and implementation
- Ensure key resources are committed and prepared to execute implementation of projects
- Act as the primary interface for implementation of improvement projects throughout the Development team and across other organizations when required
- Maintain liaison across the organization to ensure stakeholder buy in and successful project implementation
- Works directly with internal customers and suppliers in order to adequately plan for future demands
- Will be the primary interface for all development project improvements and senior leadership reporting on project advances
