Position: Defense Litigation Paralegal
Location: Fully On-Site in Woodland Hills or Monrovia, CA
Salary Range: $62,400 - $72,800
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

An established defense litigation firm specializing in personal injury and catastrophic injury claims is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal for its busy Woodland Hills and Monrovia office. Key Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and related legal documents
- Organize and prepare documents for discovery, production, and proceedings
- Manage document preparation, including medical and discovery summaries, demands, motions, and replies
- Conduct case research and investigations, including reviewing public records
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with clients as necessary
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 3-7 years in litigation (required)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
- Court Knowledge: Familiarity with local, state, and federal court rules and filing procedures
- Education: Associate or bachelor's degree and ABA Paralegal Certificate
