Responsibilities :
- Responsible for customer satisfaction related to engagements being managed through delivery.
- Participate in customer's vendor/partner excellence programs -these programs focus on rewarding partners who provide business value, demonstrate technical leadership, improve quality, bring efficiencies, and deliver cost savings.
- Responsible for on time, under budget, quality delivery of all services
- Lead, execute, validate content/estimates/model, and defend Statement of work for new potential opportunities. This involves different groups within organization and effective coordination and communication is a must.
- Participate in resource planning with resource managers.
- Track and fulfill staffing resource requests.
- Help organization in building next generation of engineers.
- Customer facing responsibilities.
- Regular connect with customer stakeholders.
- Team facing
- Track and lead internal team utilization.
- Regular 1 -1 with team members (onshore/offshore)
- Deep dive to understand constraints.
- Mentoring of next level of leadership
- Close coordination with offshore leadership
Primary Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes with primary focus in data area
- Experience managing and guiding large teams
- Experience in Data & Analytics area (Cloud Preferred)
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Scrum master or Project Manager certification would be a plus
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required in a technical discipline
- Technical Certifications
