We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Senior CMMS Planner to lead and support a team of CMMS Planners. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintenance planning and asset management, and will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance of global standards. This role involves training and mentoring CMMS Planners, driving process improvements, and ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and compliance within the maintenance management system.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software, providing training and support to local CMMS Planners and assisting with network initiatives.
- Enhance the forecasting of preventative maintenance routines to minimize disruption and increase effectiveness.
- Gather and analyze equipment data, performance metrics, and machine histories, and provide network-wide improvement recommendations based on findings.
- Develop comprehensive standard maintenance tasks for all equipment and assets.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards in maintenance and asset management.
- Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities, asset performance, and maintenance costs for management review.
- Perform regular inspections and audits to ensure standards are being met.
- Act as a key user of the CMMS, driving the rollout of new functionalities, procedures, schedules, and reports. Oversee the implementation of standards through regular reporting and audits.
- Lead the implementation of global standards and participate in internationally-led projects.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in deploying a new CMMS system.
- Advanced proficiency in using maintenance management software (CMMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong command of Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Expertise in creating processes, managing projects, and developing schedules.
- Certified in maintenance planning or asset management.
- Significant experience in maintenance planning, asset management, and auditing maintenance activities as a Maintenance Planner.
- Proficient in project management.
- Experience in conducting training or coaching sessions.
- Proven track record of managing multiple sites.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team.
- Experience in overseeing stores or spare parts inventories.
