Technical Project Manager Opportunity
Location & Terms:
- Location: Tamarac, FL HQ (Onsite with potential for hybrid post-training; approx. 3 days in-office)
- Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, with additional hours as needed

What We’re Looking For A tech-focused Project Manager with a solid background in guiding software projects through the full lifecycle, from concept to production deployment. We’re seeking someone who understands software development deeply and is adept at navigating cross-functional projects that combine software and hardware.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in project management using Agile and formal methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, DevOps)
- Software Expertise: Strong grasp of software development processes with hands-on experience in Jira and Confluence
- Project Scope: Proven success in managing software/hardware projects within cross-functional teams
- Certifications: CSM, A-CSM, PMP (plus)
- Education: Bachelor’s in MIS, IT, Business, or Computer Science (Master’s preferred)
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and within-scope completion
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals
- Track progress, proactively manage risks, and drive contingency planning
- Translate high-level objectives into actionable milestones, ensuring regular and timely delivery
- Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and knowledge sharing on best practices
- Contribute to Controls roadmap, product backlog grooming, and release efforts
