Houston Energy company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist with Payroll Processing experience
You'll be responsible for a broad range of HR tasks, including payroll administration.
- Payroll processing
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, colleges, etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
- Manage employees' grievances to maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Administer benefits and compensation programs and understand their legal requirements to ensure compliance.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
