Experience Level:
- Minimum 9+ years of experience in Architecture
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management: Oversee all phases of architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements, budget constraints, and timelines.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of architects, designers, and engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design Oversight: Provide guidance and direction on design concepts, ensuring they align with project goals and company standards.
- Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and monitor project expenditures.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of design and construction are met.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Experience: Experience in architectural project management, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
