We are seeking a Community Programs Project Manager to support customer engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a blend of project management experience, analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO), Teams, and Power BI is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Community Programs, including Customer Connection Programs, MVP programs, MFUG, and CDAC.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customer queries related to community programs.
- Plan and execute community calls and webinars, including event setup, content reviews, and post-event reporting.
- Monitor activities within Teams sites to ensure timely responses and track engagement for program badges.
- Create monthly and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders on community program activities.
- Run Private Previews and co-development initiatives within programs.
- Provide reporting and develop Power BI dashboards for tracking Azure DevOps and other program metrics.
- Develop a comprehensive playbook of operational processes for managing community programs.
- Plan and execute community events to engage participants and stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
- 2+ years experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- 2+ years experience with Microsoft Teams.
- Strong analytical abilities with the capability to grasp complex concepts quickly.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with experience working in community programs.
- Familiarity with Power BI for developing dashboards and reporting is a plus.
