Job Title: Construction Superintendent - Healthcare (AHCA) Experience
Location: Florida - Orlando & Miami/Fort Lauderdale Areas

Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced superintendent to lead commercial construction projects in the Central Florida and/or South Florida markets. This includes budget and subcontractor management, jobsite safety, materials procurement, scheduling and supervision.
Must-Have Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project supervision
- 3+ years of recent experience in healthcare construction projects, preferably Florida-based AHCA jobs
- ICRA experience
- OSHA 10 or higher
Nice to Have Skills:
- OSHA 30 certified
- 15+ years of experience
- 5-7 years of experience in AHCA projects
- Experience working directly in the South FL or Central FL markets
