Position Summary:
Performs the coordination of all services for the rural anticoagulation clinics.
Reports to: Manager
FLSA: Non-exempt
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Works with internal and external resources to plan, set up, and coordinate patient activities.
Assesses new patients for acceptance into clinic.
Educates patient on all appropriate aspects of anticoagulation.
Documents INR, progress notes, and other relevant data into the patient medical record.
Assists patient accounting in billing for services.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Education
Associate's degree in Nursing
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Preferred)
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
