Harvard Resource Solutions was recently engaged in a new search for Customer Service Representatives on a temporary basis for our automotive client located in Southgate, MI.
Assignment Length: 6 months
Pay: 17.00hr
Location: Southgate
Title: Customer Service Representative
Shift: 8am - 5:00pm , 9:00am - 6:00pm
Working Arrangement: In office
Reason for opening: Special Project
Duties
- Answer inbound dealership calls for parts orders
- Validating part numbers and verifying codes
- Data entry of parts orders
- Answering 40+ calls daily
Requirements for Duties for Customer Service Representative
- Great phone skills should be comfortable with talking to people
- Ability to follow a scripted phone call
- Good listening skills
- Proficient in using a computer and Windows applications
- Attention to detail and having strong accuracy
