- Commercial Litigation Experience: Prior experience in commercial litigation, including trial experience.

- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

- Legal Expertise: Your role will involve organizing case files and documents, gathering and analyzing documents (including those related to discovery requests and responses), and filing pleadings and court documents (including e-filing in federal courts).
- Support for Legal Proceedings: You'll have the opportunity to assist with the preparation for depositions, mediations, client meetings, and trials.
- Research Skills: Proficiency in conducting Internet and Westlaw research is a valuable asset.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Professional, E-Discovery tools, and related software is highly desirable.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, both in verbal and written communication, are essential for success in our collaborative work environment.
- Commitment: The legal profession sometimes demands extended hours. The ability to work additional hours when necessary is crucial.
