Job Summary
The Site Manger reports to the Operations Manager. The major responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following duties:
Primary Responsibilities:
● Coordinate any changes to Inter-Con posture, and disseminate any information received from your leadership or the client.
● Coordinate with supervisors to ensure security briefs are accurately updated with the correct information.
● Coordinate unplanned requests from the Client.
● Coordinate with the Client in regards to their priority training exercises
● Quality control on Supervisors.
● Deployment requirements are up to standard.
● Trackers, rosters & metrics are up to date.
● Audit day to day operations.
● Coordinate any personnel changes between respective sites.
● Take lead during weekly program syncs for respective areas.
● Update slides, ensuring accuracy, etc.
● Ensure your leadership is kept informed on any discrepancies or information passed
down from client management in their respective areas.
● Serve as the primary point of contact between Management and the Supervisors for
any issues with the employees.
● Ensure all officers are in compliance with Inter-Con and client policies/ procedures.
● Facilitate any and all deliveries of Inter-Con documentation, to include:
Requirements:
● Must be eligible for employment within the United States.
● Must be a minimum of 18 years old per state licensing guidelines.
● Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening (Inter-Con
will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner
consistent with all requirements of State and local laws, regulations or codes).
● Must live within driving distance or be willing to relocate.
● Must have a current BSIS guard card.
● Must have a high school degree or equivalent.
● Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various
backgrounds.
● Strong judgment and decision making skills, and the ability to think on your feet.
● Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions, and confidence to ask questions when you do not understand what is being asked or expected of you.
● Ability to supervise and mentor up and coming leaders, and work as part of a team
with fellow managers and senior management.
● Aptitude and willingness to learn your role quickly, and individual initiative to identity
and improve any process or issues that you discover in your role.
Qualifications:
● Minimum of 2 years experience in a security management role.
● Minimum of 3 years experience in a corporate security role.
● Experience in developing, organizing, and implementing training for assigned
personnel.
● Associates Degree or equivalent experience in Justice Studies, Emergency Mitigation, Business Administration, or correlated with the role.
● Military, security or law enforcement related experience preferred.
● Professional SOP (Standard of Procedure) & Job Duties level of writing skills
preferred.
● Course Certification in any of the following: First Aid / CPR.
● Diversity / EO / SHARP / Sensitivity Training.
● Leadership & Management.
