Job Title: Contract Benefits Administrator
Location: Broomfield, CO
Compensation: up to $35 /hr
Contract Length: 1-2 months
In Office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (Remote on Monday and Friday)
Job Description:
Addison Group is hiring for a Contract Benefits Administrator to support our client’s benefits team. This role will assist in administering employee benefits programs and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the administration of group benefits, including Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and 401(k) plans.
- Serve as a primary contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries, eligibility, enrollments, and plan changes.
- Perform data entry and assist with auditing and reconciling billing and invoices.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies and collaborate with vendors to resolve issues.
- Maintain organized records and provide excellent customer service to employees at all levels.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in Health and Welfare benefits administration.
- Proficient in Excel, including V-lookups and pivot tables.
- Excellent communication skills.
