Title: IT Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid - must sit within a 30-mile radius of Jefferson, GA

Salary: $95,000 - $100,000
Qualifications:
- Proven experience gatherings requirements, identifying needs, and making developments as needed
- Experience administering hardware and managing disaster recovery for AS400
- Exposure to Dynamics 365 F&O
Nice to have:
- Experience programming with RPG and/or COBOL
- iTERA experience for disaster recovery
- IT experience within the manufacturing industry
- Certifications in AS400 or D356FO
Day-to-day:
A client of Insight Global's is actively looking for an IT Business Analyst to join their collaborative team on a hybrid basis based out of Jefferson, GA. This individual will play a key role in maintaining their AS400 system, collaborating with stakeholders to documents business requirements, assisting in the integration of D365 F&O and provide support for D365 F&O users, as well as higher-level desk top support. Key day-to-day responsibilities are listed below.
- Maintain the AS400 system, including hardware, backup/restore operations, administration, and disaster recovery.
- Assist with high-level Nessi tickets and support applications
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and document requirements, focusing on AS400 & D365 F&O
- Provide level 1 support for D365 F&O users
- Perform quarterly backups and hardware upgrades
- Play a key role in auditing, security, and creating user profiles in AS400 & Nessi to ensure correct inventory and operating system privileges
