Integris Group is partnering with a top client who has an immediate need for 3-4 Engineering Manager's who possess at least 5-10 years of experience with Client Management Engagement with "OSP and Fiber" projects specifically! (wireless or construction experience will NOT work).
The Engineering Manager roles will break down into several areas:
You will run 1 Client and one function- (Example being you would own AT&T Fiber to the Business in the LA Market only). Depending on the supply and demand of projects to be done, you may get additional markets added or removed. You typically will not work outside of 1 client due to the complexities, relationships needed, and understanding of the systems/processes required to do this work exceptionally well.
Client Management:You will be the key POC and communication to your client. Understanding their processes, policies, and systems will be crucial. You will own re-occuring check-ins around their projects, weekly/monthly program updates, and their executive briefings when needed.
Revenue & Resource Management:You will manage inbound revenues, revenue conversion, own monthly profitability targets. You will manage production ramps, and facilitate LOE bidding exercises. This will also include Timely tracking of the Resource Requests and Forecast which involves collaboration with the PM/Directors and our APAC teams.
Program & Product Management: This will consist of timely tracking of the Inbound Forecast and how the work is being executed with the TES APAC production team you will partner with. You will ensure all relevant project trackers are up-to-date. You will act as the SME for the overall design chain and product cycle for your client. Lastly, building strong internal relationships with our PM/Directors and the cross-functionals teams across TES including APAC will be important in this role.
Innovation/Automation/Process Improvement: You will look for opportunities to think outside of the box and generate new ideas, evaluate new tools, streamline processes, or find automation within a project delivery cycle. While considering feasibility, impact, and cost benefits, you will work with your teams to implement and execute these ideas.
HIRING MANAGERS ADDITIONAL NOTES:
ALL candidates should possess at least (5-10 years) client Management engagement with FIBER projects (wireless or construction will NOT do); the Engineering Managers are more involved in decision making and are the SME in terms of the systems and general OSP design; these managers are the main POC on the client side; they have to have working relationships with the customers; they need to have these strong relationships to move the projects forward and work with their production teams to ensure work is getting produced at the correct clip.
