We are seeking a business analyst for a long-term contract in Austin, TX.
WORK DESCRIPTION:
This position will support IT System integration, operational process improvements, and automation to effectively support the Client's strategic goals of customer experience and environmental excellence. The worker serves as a liaison between client and the client Customer IT Teams in gathering requirements, understanding technology, documenting processes, and managing projects.
The worker is responsible for reviewing and evaluating current business systems and user needs, formulating systems to parallel overall business strategies, developing business processes, and identifying new technology applications to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
The worker will deliver a report with a detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify software applications. The report will also outline current and proposed business processes and reporting capabilities. The worker will coordinate the implementation of technology solutions.
Required skills:
4 years of experience in managing projects that require a level of technical proficiency as well as coordination and administrative responsibility
4 years of Experience with data migration and automation between Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
4 Skill in industry standard business process mapping and reengineering
4 years of Experience with CRM Platforms like Salesforce, Constant Contact, SharePoint
4 years of Experience in data quality assurance and report building
4 years of experience as a data analyst analyzing raw data using Excel, Tableau, etc.
Preferred skills:
2 years of Project management experience with PMP certification
3 years of Experience in financial analysis of solution options
This is a long-term contract opportunity for a Remote role in Austin, Texas. No sponsorship can be provided. Candidates must be able to pass a background check.
