Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with leadership to maintain alignment and effectively execute the business plan.
- Integrate various business functions including Human Resources, IT, Compliance, and Finance.
- Manage leadership team responsibilities, oversee company financials, contracts, and vendor relationships.
- Facilitate the hiring, training, and orientation of new employees.
- Prepare and present the State of the Company report and lead monthly company meetings, and Leadership Team L10s
- Implement and refine operating procedures, ensuring adherence to the firm’s core processes.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients and staff, fostering a productive work environment.
- Implement conflict-resolution strategies and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure all staff embody the firm's core values and contribute positively to the culture.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Strong familiarity with the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework and its application in a leadership role.
- Proven senior leadership experience, preferably in financial services.
- Exceptional capability in managing both strategic and operational aspects of a wealth management operations
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
