We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect with extensive experience in SAP ECC to S/4 HANA and BW to BW/4 HANA. The candidate should have extensive experience in designing and implementing cloud and hybrid solutions using SAP, with a deep understanding of the migration process. This role will focus on defining architecture strategies, working with cross-functional teams, and driving SAP transformation initiatives to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA, ensuring seamless integration and performance improvements.
- Oversee the migration of SAP BW to BW/4 HANA and SAC Planning, aligning with business needs.
- Develop architectural solutions, providing best practices for cloud and hybrid landscapes using SAP products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Present architectural strategies and technical roadmaps to senior leadership and business teams.
- Guide teams through the entire migration lifecycle, including blueprinting, technical conversion, and post-migration support.
Required Skills:
- SAP Migration Expertise: Proven experience migrating SAP ECC to S/4 HANA, with a strong understanding of both greenfield and brownfield implementation approaches.
- SAP BTP Experience: Hands on expertise with SAP BTP and its integration with SAP Cloud Solutions
- Full Cycle Implementation Experience: Must have led at least two full lifecycles SAP cloud solution implementation from requirement gathering to post-go-live support
- Cloud and Hybrid Architectures: Extensive experience designing and deploying cloud-native and hybrid solutions integrating SAP systems.
- SAP Functional Knowledge in Financial Modules: In-depth knowledge of SAP GL, AP, FA, and other key financial modules in both ECC and S/4 HANA versions.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to senior leadership.
- SAP BW & SAC: Experience migrating SAP BW to BW/4 HANA and implementing SAC Planning tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in SAP application architecture, with hands-on involvement in major migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of data cleansing, custom code analysis, and SAP simplification items as part of the migration process.
- Familiarity with SAP's migration tools and best practices.
- Experience with both on-premise and cloud-based SAP solutions (AWS, Azure, etc.).
