SFC LLP is a full-service public accounting firm located in Arlington, Texas, experiencing dynamic growth in its revenue and number of professionals. We are seeking a full-time administrative assistant to provide comprehensive support with various administrative tasks.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Greeting and assisting visitors
• Handling mailings and shipping packages
• Printing and binding proposals
• Assisting with employee staff communications
• Managing office supply purchases
• Tracking professional staff continuing education hours
• Processing audit reports and tax returns
• Supporting the firm’s mentor/mentee program
• Assisting with proposal preparation and tracking
• Coordinating equipment purchases and setup for new and existing employees
• Acting as a backup to the front desk and other office staff when needed
• Assisting with firm celebrations
Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• College degree preferred
• 2 years of work experience in an office environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information
• Experience with Publisher and Canva preferred
