Community hospital looking to bring on an Emergency Department Nurse Manager!
Ensure high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the department. Monitor and evaluate the provision of nursing care.
10 bed ER, 1 trauma room.
40-50 daily census.
- Licensed RN with BSN, Masters preferred.
- 3+ years’ pediatric ED experience in a healthcare setting.
- 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role required in an acute care setting.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification (PALS) required within 90 days of hire.
- Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) preferred.
